WordCamp Europe 2023 was so much fun! My talk outlined data and statistic based recommendations for policies and practices that support women in STEM workplaces, in the ways women specifically need. (Rather than just using women-in-tech as a marketing opportunity, which has been a pet peeve of mine.)
My time in Athens was amazing not only because Greece has a rich culture and history (think food, architecture, cats, beaches, etc) but also because WordPress has a rich culture. The organizers and crowd at WCEU ’23 were welcoming, gracious, supportive and encouraging to me. I got a lot of incredible feedback! And I also got some incredible WP 20th bday swag. :dance:
